The home was not suitable for me but Tania listened to what I was after and very quickly started to show me properties that would suit. Unfortunately at the time that I started to look the real-estate market the market went made and prices increased rapidly and for this reason I missed out on some properties. Tania stuck by me through this whole time supporting me until she found the perfect property in the right price range for me. My journey from when I started until I took possession was about 6 months long, however when I did purchase I purchased with complete confidence that it was a very structurally sound house and had everything on my list ticked off. I have not had the experience of having her sell a property for me but I am 100% positive that she would take as much time, care and professionalism with the owners of a property as she does with any potential purchases."
