I entered the real estate profession more than 25 years ago, after time in the hospitality industry and operating several service oriented businesses.

There is always a great feeling of satisfaction, when you drive past a property that you introduced to the current owners. Pride of ownership is obvious when you re-visit these properties from time to time. They have moved in and are now enjoying adding personal touches that make it their home. I find that this is an important part of being a salesperson and makes being in the real estate industry worthwhile.

Being a small part of peoples' lives and participating in one of the biggest decisions they will ever make, adds to the reasons for staying focused on assisting vendors and purchasers.

A multi-cultural background, gained from living and working overseas and doing business with people from all walks of life and cultures, has enabled me to apply sound and proven business ethics of integrity and honesty, to my real estate dealings.

To reinforce my commitment to the industry I am qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ as well as being a Licensed Agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

I pride myself on my personal commitment to giving exemplary service on a one-to-one basis. I very seldom walk away from a challenge, as many of my previous clients will be happy to tell you.

My specialty areas include Central Auckland (Eden/Epsom) across to the Eastern Bays and Glendowie. Give me a call at Barfoot & Thompson St Heliers.
