When I arrived in Auckland with my family, we had a very hard time finding a home to rent. I told myself, one day I am going to get involved in the property sector and help people who need it the most. I have been a part-time property manager since 2002 and became full-time in 2017. I have helped many landlords to quickly rent their houses, and I have helped a lot of people to move into a home they love and care about. In my property rental business, a lot of people encouraged me to become a real estate salesperson as I am an honest, reliable, caring and fair person. So I took that advice, studied hard and here I am!
I arrived from Southeast China over 20 years ago and now Auckland is home. Since immigrating to New Zealand and starting our new lives, we have had many rich experiences, living, working and connecting with local communities. Every day for me is an opportunity to learn something new. I have faced and overcome many challenges since arriving in New Zealand, such as learning a new language, finding employment and buying a house to call our own. I have (and still am) a full-time mum, employee and I also study part-time. So far, life has been very busy, enjoyable and memorable.
My position requires me to be a strong communicator and negotiator at all levels. I have always been a top performer and I work very hard to achieve the best result for myself, my company, and for my clients. I have no doubt that my past experience, knowledge in finance and passion for property, will help my clients with their next move.
If I can assist you in any way, please call me at Barfoot & Thompson St Heliers.
