Chelsea’s mother is a successful Bayleys agent, so from a young age Chelsea saw the positive impact a great real estate professional could have on people’s lives. Chelsea has had a diverse career but all her roles have had a strong customer focus. She’s worked on super yachts as a deckhand and stewardess, in a law firm as a services clerk and in retail. She is also a trained veterinary nurse and worked in this profession for a number of years. All of this has equipped Chelsea with incredibly strong customer service skills, the ability to interact successfully with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and the talent to problem solve and find innovative solutions.

In her spare time Chelsea enjoys being active, which includes wakeboarding, snowboarding, swimming and hiking. She is equally at home relaxing and reading a book by the pool in the sun.
