Emma is truly passionate about the beauty and history of Devonport and the variety of property in this part of Auckland. She thrives on helping people sell their precious home or find their dream home in this unique location. Known as hard working, approachable and friendly, Emma loves the fast-paced nature of the property industry and constantly meeting new people. Emma knows both the front and back end of the sales process, which means the vendors and purchasers experience a stress-free and seamless property journey.

Emma’s prior career was as a speech and language therapist, where she worked in hospitals in London and Auckland for ten years including in end-of-life care and ICU’s, is evidence of Emma’s compassion and high-level people-skills. She brings not only intellectual but, importantly, emotional intelligence to each property transaction. This is a hugely valuable skill in the often emotionally charged sales environment, where people must sometimes make big decisions in short time frames. She is used to working in a team, dealing with confidential information and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Solving problems and coming up with outstanding solutions are key talents.

Living in Stanley Bay, Emma is closely connected to the local community. She has children in primary school and preschool, and is on the fundraising committee of Stanley Bay School. Her favourite past times include hanging out with her family at the local beaches, walking their dog, exercising, popping into local eateries for catch-ups with friends and being involved in her children’s sports and other activities.
