Lynda had a successful nursing career in both the public and private sectors. The empathetic, personable and organised approach she brought to nursing has transferred well into the real estate arena she has worked in since 1996.
“A good agent is able to structure their time and work productively to gain the best outcome for their clients. I do pride myself on extra-mile service and always treat people fairly with total honesty and consideration,” says Lynda. With the ability to negotiate well and close deals, Lynda’s savvy head for business comes to the fore and she now finds that a good proportion of her work is founded on referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients; the ultimate endorsement of a job well done. She has completed her National Real Estate Diploma which she can use to the advantage of both sellers and buyers. Aligning herself with the Bayleys brand reinforces Lynda’s quest for excellence and provides her with great back-up and the tools to remain at the forefront of the industry. “Bayleys has an innovative approach to all facets of the industry and leads the way in marketing, international alliances and networking. This shows in the impressive results they consistently achieve and my clients will benefit from this value-added focus.” Lynda and her family are long-time residents of the North Shore. Whilst maintaining a good work-life balance is fundamental to her success, Lynda also volunteers her time to breast cancer support, giving back to the community that has helped her career flourish.
