Making the decision to go into real estate was such an easy decision. I grow up with a mum in real estate so open homes, taking clients out and selling houses was apart of my everyday. I also ran a successful business in Howick for 12 years.

Chanelle loves that property is a truly unique job. She loves people and loves getting to know them as she helps to sell their biggest asset for great result.

Prior to real estate Chanelle had a background in sales, event management, teaching and owning her own business for 11 years enabling her to build a range of skills that transitioned incredibly well to real estate. Coming from a professional ballet dancing background (Youth Dance Company of Tshwane and South African Ballet Company) taught her the value of hard work, determination, dedication, commitment and perseverance.

Chanelle is an expert in defining the opportunity that each property uniquely present and has a methodological approach coupled with a friendly can-do attitude. She will always go the extra mile to get the best outcomes for her clients. By constantly training and challenging herself to better her skills Chanelle is known for delivering quality across the board. Anyone that engages with her can expect only the very best.

In her down time Chanelle loves teaching dance class to kids of all ages and is an Acrobatic Arts and Royal Academy of dancing qualified teacher. She also enjoys gardening, building LEGO, craft and DIY projects. She supports coastguard with her husband and they enjoy spending time outdoors with their two children.

Having spent a large part of her life in East Auckland – from 2008 when she moved to New Zealand from South Africa – this is her specialty area. Chanelle works with her mother, experienced realtor Almarie Badenhorst and together they deliver a truly unique approach to real estate that generates fantastic outcomes.
