Steve’s long career in real estate is of huge value to the Upper Hutt office and its clients, helping to deliver outstanding results. He has clocked up around three decades in the industry and when hired in his first role his manager said that he couldn’t decide if Steve would be very good or very bad at real estate. Five years later Steve opened his own real estate company next to his manager’s proving his exceptional talent. His career has since seen him work from London to the Hutt Valley winning top agent awards consistently since 1997 including a Wellington Supreme Agent Award in 2017.

Steve believes real estate is more about service than sales. If the service is delivered, the sale will eventuate. His utter commitment to extraordinary customer service is evidenced by his pledge to return client calls within three hours or deduct $500 from his fee.

As Upper Hutt branch manager Steve focuses on training to produce exceptional agents capable of putting their client’s needs first and delivering the results they demand. He loves helping his team to become the best it can be, assisting his people to achieve their dreams and goals.

Steve is a firm advocate for Upper Hutt after moving there from London in 2002 The city's affordable housing prices, good transportation links to Wellington and the natural beauty of the area are all major selling points.
