Wayne has most recently been the Sales Manager of the Bayleys South Canterbury office where he was instrumental in developing a high performing team. He is very well qualified with a commerce degree, postgraduate leadership diploma, and a recently completed real estate Branch Manager diploma.

Outside of real estate, Wayne is dedicated to his family which includes work colleague and wife Jessica Frewen, and their three children. When time allows you will find Wayne on the mountain bike trail, golf links, snowboarding or enjoying the lakes.
