Earning a BCom double-major in Accounting and Commercial Law, Marty brings an analytical mindset to all-scale development projects with the ability to provide insights into current market conditions and how to leverage these to maximise returns. Consistently a top performer across the development space north of Auckland, Marty has acquired comprehensive knowledge and experience by working alongside clients on all critical project phases.

From offering early stage development feasibility of greenfield sites through to managing a sales pipeline out to developers, group home builders to the finished retail buyers; Marty and his team provide a scalable full service offering to achieve your sales potential.
