He later transitioned into IT sales, where he developed advanced skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and managing complex sales — all of which now serve his real estate clients.

As one half of Team Dry at Bayleys Wairarapa, Rick works alongside his wife Denise to support homeowners and families at every stage of the property process — from getting a home ready for sale, to marketing it to out-of-town buyers, to negotiating the best result. Whether assisting first-home buyers, helping couples sell a lifestyle block, or working through the sensitive nature of selling a deceased estate, Rick is a calm and strategic guide through every step.
