Manny was born on Portugal’s Madeira Island, raised in Cape Town, South Africa and relocated to New Zealand in 2010 together with his wife Karen and daughters, Catherine and Megan-Rae.They lived in Stillwater for 6 years and now live in Red Beach. They were drawn to the Hibiscus Coast because of the beautiful beaches and communities.

Manny has had many varied roles in his career from doing military service to doing Civil Engineering to banking(Fraud) to owning Menswear retail stores and has had a good few years of experience in Real Estate. He is considered to be a highly driven, self-motivated, confident individual, who has gained the reputation of being a proactive operator.
