Rebecca McEntee is firmly established as a residential real estate industry expert in the Counties area, with an award-winning sales record, extensive knowledge of property in the region.

Rebecca’s long-held interest in the world of property was supercharged when she received a coveted Bayleys Working Scholarship to fast-track her career in the real estate industry. Rebecca went on to sell more than $35 million of residential real estate in her first year, and won Bayleys’ Residential Rookie of the Year award in 2015. She has since gone on to sell more than $200 million of residential real estate.

With a bachelor of business degree majoring in management from the Auckland University of Technology, Rebecca has held senior HR roles in the corporate sector at the likes of Fletcher Building and Coca Cola Amatil - where she was in the top five percent of performers in the company’s Excel business development group.

Rebecca is an effective communicator and a strategic thinker who readily forms lasting working relationships with her clients. These relationships are based on trust, discretion, and the delivery of outstanding results.

Rebecca has strong emotional intelligence and can empathetically relate to people from all walks of life - meaning she can communicate with buyers at all levels of the market. These attributes, in conjunction with Rebecca’s finely-honed negotiation skills, mean her clients can trust in her ability to inspire buyers and make sales.

Rebecca’s eye for detail allows her to quickly identify ‘potential’ in a property. Drawing on her marketing skills, she’s able to use this vision to present the home to the market in the best possible light.

With a comprehensive knowledge of all residential property sales in the Counties and Franklin areas - as well as an excellent understanding of the council’s unitary plan for the area - Rebecca keeps her clients well-informed of market dynamics and the factors which may influence the sale of their property.

Rebecca has also become a point of contact for vendors in the special housing area (SHA) of Hingaia. Rebecca has lived in the Karaka area her whole life and has nurtured a deep-rooted involvement with the local community.
