Janey’s true passion lies in beautiful homes, architecture, and interior design. Bringing her skills and interest in these areas into real estate has been a powerful combination generating better than expected outcomes for her clients.

Janey comes to real estate with a Business Studies degree from Massey University, 10 years in sales roles and 15 years as a business owner of an interior design business. This has given her a drive to exceed expectations, a focus on customer service and strong negotiation skills.

Merging her diverse skills allows Janey to offer her clients a unique and hugely valuable service when it comes time to sell their home. She assists people to realise the full value of a property by helping them to visualise the potential, providing staging advice to help a home sell faster and offering design and renovation ideas to increase value. Combined with empathy, clear communication, hard work, and honesty it’s proved a winning formula.

Outside of work Janey is a self-confessed serial renovator. She has bought, renovated and sold six residential properties in Remuera. Janey also cherishes quality time with her family. Her children attend Baradene College of the Sacred Heart and she is often found attending their sporting events. She enjoys travelling, cooking, tennis, skiing, boating and staying up-to-date with the latest home and interior design trends. Janey can also often be seen in Orakei Basin walking her French bulldog Marley.
