Jo specialises in selling property in Remuera primarily at the upper end of the market and has had a successful career selling homes for nearly 12 years. Previously Jo worked in Sales in Fashion and Fundraising for over 20+ years.

For Jo real estate is all about the three E’s - energy, enthusiasm and enjoyment. It’s both a personal philosophy and one she imparts to her clients so that they truly love their property experience. Property was in Jo’s blood; her father John Foote was one of Auckland’s highly regarded and renown real estate agents so Jo grew up in the industry. This has given her a true passion for people and property and she especially loves the connections and friendships she invariably makes. Her background also includes a 25 years plus career in sales and marketing in fashion, fundraising and corporate partnerships which saw Jo work for Starship, The Hearing House and Barnardos as well as 0800 What’s Up, the children’s helpline.

Jo takes an honest and straightforward approach and is an extremely hard worker who will do her utmost to get the optimal result for her vendors. It’s incredibly important to Jo that people are happy with the process and feel confident about the outcome of their property transaction. She also loves helping her vendors to find their next home in order to offer a full service and make the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Jo is a long term double grammar zone local and went to school in the area as did her three children. Outside of work she is a keen gym goer and enjoys swimming, golf and tennis as well as skiing. Jo regularly supports charities with special interest in children’s and women’s health.

Recognised as one of the industry’s top performers, Jo has concluded over $500 million in property sales, primarily in Remuera. Jo considers it a privilege to be invited into some of the most beautiful and exclusive homes in Remuera, Parnell and the Bays and to hear the special stories that her vendors share.

Jo dedicates time and energy for vendors and buyers to ensure they have all the essential supportive information to enable them to make an informed decision when buying or selling a property.

Jo grew up in Remuera and went to school at Baradene then lived in Remuera and Parnell with her own children who attended local primary and secondary schools.
