Nila Koerber works alongside her husband Steve Koerber in the Remuera real estate market, where together they are responsible for around 10% of all homes sold in the suburb.

Describing her childhood as beautiful, Nila grew up in Sri Lanka on a tea plantation, where her father managed the estate. It was here she developed the strong work ethic and resilience that continue to define her today, alongside a lifelong appreciation for quality, detail, and presentation.

Educated at boarding school from an early age, Nila later moved to the UK where she qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. Her background in finance brings a level of precision, discipline, and strategic thinking that gives clients absolute confidence when navigating complex property decisions.

Together with Steve, Nila forms an integral part of a high-performing team known for delivering exceptional results in Auckland’s premium property market. Her calm, considered approach balances seamlessly with sharp commercial insight, ensuring every client experience is both professional and deeply personalised.

Outside of real estate, Nila enjoys cooking, running, meditation, and reading - interests that reflect her appreciation for balance, creativity, and continuous growth.
