Sam launched his Real Estate career in Sydney as a broker of commercial and industrial property. After 6 years working in Australia, he returned to Auckland where he sells residential property with his family, who have amassed over $1.5 Billion in sales.

Sam is part of the Wallace real estate dynasty with his parents Gary and Vicki being two of Bayley's most accomplished agents securing a place in the Bayleys Hall of Fame and 1.5 Billion Dollar Club having amassed over one and a half billion dollars in settled sales. In the family tradition, Sam has likewise forged his own stellar reputation for delivering better-than-expected results to his clients.

Sam’s high-level qualifications include marketing and history of art degree, which led him to a ten-year advertising career in Auckland, Paris and Sydney. During this time he worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including PepsiCo, Hewlett Packard, Telstra, Fonterra and Intel. Sam developed and executed local and international advertising campaigns and managed teams of people to achieve this. Advertising taught him how to think strategically and creatively and how to communicate in a compelling manner.

After advertising, he worked as a property broker in the Sydney industrial and commercial markets where he assisted an array of clients, from large institutions to first-time investors, starts ups to ASX-listed companies. This gave him strong negotiation skills and the ability to adapt and tailor his professional services to different groups and needs.

All of this means that Sam’s real estate clients benefit from incredibly sophisticated skills when it comes time to sell their homes.

Known as approachable, friendly and results-driven, for Sam real estate is all about family and connections. Client relationships are built on trust and he ensures people have all the information required to help them make informed decisions. A creative and strategic thinker, Sam focuses on listening to each client’s unique goals and then creates a bespoke solution.

Outside of work, Sam loves the outdoors and spending time with his young family.

Sam works as part of the proven Wallace family team, which includes Vicki, Gary and brother Andrew. Together team Wallace works hard to make clients’ real estate dreams a reality.
