In the fast-paced world of real estate, those with an intelligent and empathetic approach to their clients’ property aspirations and goals are the ones who stand out.

Wei Wei Elder of Bayleys’ Central Auckland sales team has consolidated a successful property career based on her astute understanding of the industry’s dynamics and fundamentals, and of the individual needs of her clients.

Accomplished at dealing with a wide range of people, Wei Wei has the ability to move between different cultures and environments. Multi-lingual in a range of Chinese dialects, Wei Wei can converse with a broad cross-section of prospective buyers and is able to connect with a comprehensive audience thanks to the national and international alliances that Bayleys has nurtured, the databases of well-qualified buyers that Bayleys has compiled, plus her own personal local networks.

Wei Wei’s clients are quick to offer endorsement of her professionalism, diligence, real estate knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond the usual service offerings when selling their homes.

I take a hands-on approach to selling property and act as a conduit between vendors, buyers, trade professionals and others to facilitate a sale. At the same time, I also strive to ensure that the whole process is as streamlined and hassle-free as possible, says Wei Wei.

I am committed to achieving outstanding results for my clients despite the economy or perceived market conditions. Results are what I will ultimately be judged on and I am success-driven.

From Singapore, Wei Wei graduated as a corporate spatial planner and worked for the world’s largest architectural and design firm. She was involved in projects for Singapore Airlines, GE, the Singapore Treasury and a host of other major clients.

Her sound understanding of New Zealand building styles and design is a great advantage when dealing with off-shore buyers or those less familiar with New Zealand building standards.

Married to a New Zealander and residing in Auckland for the past three decades, Wei Wei has formed strong networks within the city and assists new immigrants to integrate into New Zealand and make it their home.
