Wendy has a sales career spanning 30 years and has been a property investor and a long history in sales and property. Real estate runs in the family; working with her brother Warren who is a well-respected and successful Bayley’s’ agent. Working together out of the Remuera Office to get results for all her clients that not only benefit from her considerable expertise but also the knowledge of the entire Bayley’s Remuera team meaning better than expected results are the norm. Prior to real estate Wendy owned her own company for over 15 years so she is well versed in everything needed to deliver a successful outcome to her clients: sales, marketing, documentation, customer service and more. Wendy is known as patient, honest and professional through and through. Her innate love of people means Wendy thrives on the many personalities involved in real estate and she enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions to create win-wins all round. Wendy has lived in Orakei for over 17 years and knows Remuera and the eastern suburbs like a local, and is proud to call this special part of Auckland home. Outside of work she can be found spending time with family and friends, playing tennis at Orakei Tennis Club, supporting her local cafés, shops and restaurants or walking her Newfoundland dog.
