The dynamic and competitive real estate industry is an environment ideally suited to Anna Mayhew. Anna is part of the highly regarded Bayleys Takapuna team as a residential property specialist with talents across sales, marketing and negotiation.

Anna is a naturally driven and dedicated team player and is fast learning what it takes to achieve success for her vendors. With a strong family background in real estate, Anna has a deep understanding of the industry and how to create a bold footprint in her local market. Anna thrives on the high pressure demands of selling property and takes a proactive approach to meeting her clients’ needs. She is supremely organised, business savvy and takes pride in her attention to detail. Empowering her clients with current information and expert advice is key to the way Anna operates, preferring to point them in the right direction, rather than follow the traditional, hard-sell method. Anna’s compassionate nature means she is always conscious of her clients’ wellbeing and strives to make the process as stress-free as possible. A long time North Shore resident, Anna has an inherent local knowledge and an instant network of potential clients. Remaining at the forefront of industry developments is a key objective of Anna’s and allows her to deliver a tailored and professional service. Sport and exercise are central to Anna’s life. In 2014 she graduated with a Bachelor of Sport from Unitec in Mount Albert where she gained valuable skills in leadership, management and personal development. Over a period of six years working within the disability sector, Anna established herself as an invaluable part of the team working across high level care, training, management and recruitment. She is a long time member of Westlake Netball Club and plays in both the Netball North Harbour premier league and the Auckland Super League Indoor competition.
