Rachel, originally from the UK moved to New Zealand in 2020 with her Kiwi husband and three children – it was a big move, especially with three young children, but it helped that my husband is originally from New Plymouth and we had spent many holidays here in the past. Rachel is now loving all that the Taranaki region has to offer and couldn’t think of a better place to raise a family.

Rachel’s first experience of Real Estate was 20 years ago when she bought her first house and renovated it with her husband. Rachel quickly realised she had a passion for property, particularly how to transform houses into beautiful and functional homes - there is nothing more satisfying than helping a property reach its potential in terms of design and function and getting the sale price the house deserves. Rachel and her husband continued to develop properties together whilst she worked part time as a Speech and Language Therapist.

Having had extensive first-hand experience of buying and selling real estate in the UK and New Zealand, Rachel understands the stresses and strains of the whole process and aims to alleviate these by providing 5 star client-focused service throughout. As a vendor and purchaser in the past, Rachel has always had high expectations and will deliver no less for her own clients.

Rachel has a keen eye for design and knows how to present a house to maximise the sale price – sometimes it is the little touches that make all the difference and I enjoy helping people with this. In addition to this, Rachel notices the details of a house: what makes it functional, what makes it stand out from the crowd and how it will work for the prospective buyers, helping to find the right buyer and the right price.
