Debbie comes to Bayleys from an eclectic background encompassing farming, law enforcement and the international travel industry. This saw her working for the Australian Federal Police, as a Customs Officer, and for Qantas. It has given Debbie a multitude of skills that translate well to real estate including high levels of professionalism and integrity, customer service, negotiation and more.

Debbie thrives on meeting new people and forming lasting relationships. She believes a successful campaign starts with listening and gaining an understanding of her clients’ goals.
