Sam has worked as a Commercial Real Estate agent for over 20 years in both the London and Auckland office markets, specialising in office leasing and tenant advisory.

Sam's 15 years of experience has involved numerous transactions with many prominent tenants and landlords where he has forged many great relationships. He has run the Auckland Leasing Team and focuses most of his attention on the CBD.
