With over 30 years experience in agriculture, specialising in dairy farming and horticulture. Clint is a key member of the Colliers Rural team covering the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

Clint started out in a family business designing and building dairy sheds. He developed this business to have national presence in Australia working with some of the largest dairy farms in excess of 15,000 cows, providing support for farmers to effectively manage the welfare of their cows. From 2013-2016, Clint was appointed lead Project Manager and Company representative for Hancock Prospecting’s move into agriculture on the Hope Dairies Project. Managing key relationships with company stakeholders and Government representatives, Clint was responsible for leading feasibility studies, negotiating and procuring farms and equipment, and creating/heading up a team to manage and develop farming and processing operations over 5000 Ha and project value of $500million. On a smaller scale, Clint has also set up and developed his own dairy goat farm in Tasmania, securing contracts with both Coles and Woolworths to sell marinated goat cheese across Australia. His career expanded internationally with animal welfare companies from Israel and Austria in business development roles in Australia and New Zealand with a main focus here in New Zealand. Clint has achieved great success for Afimilk (Israel), developing a strong dealer network and support team across New Zealand which forged a successful strategic partnership with New Zealand’s industry leader in genetics, LIC. He was then recruited by Smaxtec (Austria) to help with their introduction to New Zealand with an innovative device that sits inside the cow’s rumen measuring key data points, such as rumination and core body temperature, giving the farmer vital information around the welfare of their cows. Serving as Country Manager, he has built key support relationships and research programs with Fonterra, Dairy NZ and LIC, looking at the future and sustainability of dairy farming in New Zealand. With these roles Clint has travelled to all parts of New Zealand, giving him a great understanding of farming, and creating strong networks within its community.
