She popped us back into a C21 property we had seen in an OH earlier that day and we eventually purchased. In past experiences when buying a home we always found that we resonated with someone who could champion our cause in full, and Emira seemed to recognise that early, and champion it she did. She was excellent with our questions, even a couple of hard ones, and also with process. Emira knows we do not appreciate the extra negotiation after price had been agreed. We don't hold her accountable, rather, the franchise owner, who we believe tactically pushed for this. It unfortunately leaves a lingering taste and taints the C21 brand.
