Originally from the deep south, Richard has proudly called Northland home for decades, spending the last 18 years building a real estate career here. Over that time he's helped hundreds of people buy and sell property while building lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Richard is kept busy by four kids, dog Marshall and cat, Max. Family is at the heart of everything he does and those same values shape the way he works with every client, building genuine relationships, putting people first and always showing up and following through.
