Leo first entered the Real Estate Industry in the late 1990’s prior to a break and then re-licensed in 2013 with a focus on Lifestyle property.
Leo has a genuine interest and passion with the Lifestyle and Residential sector as after emigrating from Holland in 1986 he utilised his Degree in Landscape Design to run a successful Landscape Design and Construction Business for some years.
Following this Leo owned his own dairy farms, having co-managed, developed and successfully sold three dairy farms both in Taranaki and Invercargill. Leo also has a large amount of experience in small to large rural subdivisions and has developed many residential properties within New Plymouth through his property development company.
His true passion has always been property, both in development, and now, the successful marketing and sale of Lifestyle and Residential Real Estate. Leo has strong ties to the rural scene and his hands on experience certainly helps him in his current role with Collective First National as the Taranaki Lifestyle Manager.
Leo is 100% committed to the sale and marketing of lifestyle properties and residential home, working in well with his wife Sandra Pickering in many of the properties that they list together.
