She’s also studied what actually works in digital marketing, beyond the agent clichés — because just posting a house on Facebook won’t cut it anymore.
Her staging and prep advice consistently turns ‘lived-in’ homes into standout listings that photograph beautifully — and results speak. Many of their campaigns attract dozens of buyers before the first open home.

She’s obsessed with staging (our garage looks like a homewares aisle), takes listing photos seriously, and writes every word of our ads — no outsourcing, no templates. She also runs our social media and makes sure your campaign gets eyeballs and action, not just likes.
