Tammy is an exceptional, award winning Real Estate agent, born and bred in Ashburton and proud to have worked in and around her family Real Estate business over the last 30+ years.

Real Estate is in Tammy's DNA, brought up in the industry, her father Phillip Kenny has been in Real Estate since the 1980's. Tammy and her husband Cory purchased the business from Phillip in 2017, and her career hit the ground running winning numerous prestigious sales and listing awards, and customer satisfaction awards. Tammy is an exceptional "all rounder" and has definitely earned her position as a top Real Estate agent both in the Ashburton District and New Zealand wide, sitting comfortably within the top 50 agents at Harcourts New Zealand out of more than 2,570 sales consultants nationwide.

Tammy came to Harcourts following a successful 15 year banking career in Ashburton at both BNZ and Westpac as a Banking Advisor, Small Business Manager and Mobile Mortgage Manager. This background gave Tammy a real understanding of the process and challenges customers face when purchasing property, obtaining finance and running successful businesses and rental property portfolios. She has a huge following from her many loyal clients over the years who have known and trusted her to help with their most private information and their largest asset purchases and financial decisions.

Her husband Cory is a qualified builder, working within their business at Harcourts, and comes from a local farming family background. They enjoy spending time with their two boys, overseas travel and all things property related. Tammy's older sister Lisa Kenny also works in the business assisting her with the day-to-day running of the business while also having been a successful sales consultant in her own right.
