Providing great service and honest straightforward advice is the mantra of Team Ming. Working closely together, their customer first approach combined with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise will ensure a seamless sales and marketing process. Ming has many contacts, both locally and overseas; a benefit for clients who want the widest reach when selling their home.
Originally from China, upon her graduation from University Ming set up and operated her own business in the competitive marketplace of Shanghai. This taught her the importance of superior customer service and instilled the ability to work with a variety of people from all different professions, social and cultural backgrounds.
Ming feels privileged to live and work in the Long Bay community and continually seeks to give back for the support she's received. Helping at various events, her unwavering support extends to Long Bay College events, quarterly clean-ups, tree planting with Long Bay Primary School and the Restore Hibiscus and Bays group, and sponsorship with Best Start daycare centre.
Ming isn’t just a resident of Long Bay; she’s part of the heartbeat of the community.
Ming is assisted by Sales Consultant Cynthia Klenner and Executive Assistant Holly Willmott, and as part of Harcourts Cooper & Co she shares a huge market within the North Shore.
Community is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to be actively involved in supporting the people and organisations that make Long Bay such a special place to live. From celebrating Mother’s Day with the children and families at BestStart Kindy in both 2025 and 2026, to supporting their garden and providing healthy games and prizes for the kids, we love finding meaningful ways to give back. We’ve also supported Long Bay College through sports days, open evenings and movie nights, including bringing along the Cooper & Cone truck, with proceeds going back to the school. Throughout the year, we’ve hosted neighbour evenings to bring locals together, run Christmas and Easter colouring competitions with prizes for local children, and supported community events such as Music in the Park. We’ve also held information evenings at November Eatery, creating opportunities for locals to connect, ask questions and stay informed about what’s happening in their community. For us, being part of Long Bay isn’t just about working here, it’s about being involved, building connections and helping create a stronger, more connected community for everyone.
