Ross began with Harcourts in 1999, achieved National Rookie of the Year, also top 20 for the region, and #1 for his office. Ross then accepted branch management, this then progressed to franchise ownership. His office soon achieved regional #1 (all brands), and remained at #1 month in month out for seven years straight. Ross oversaw literally thousands of sales with his 30+ strong sales team at this time.

In 2010 Ross accepted the role of Northern Regional Manager, then on to General Manager of West Auckland. A 250% increase in turnover in his 3 year tenure ensued.

However Ross’ real passion is simply listing and selling houses .. for real people. He is well known for his street savvy on-point style, his lateral thinking, problem solving, and negotiating even the most difficult of scenarios to conclusion.

Ross correspondingly has sold virtually every property he has ever listed. This is now in the hundreds over the years.

Ross does not have a preference of property or area; his preference is simply people. This translates from studio apartments to multi-million dollar homes; from vineyards to first home buyers. Ross is emphatic Our local, national, national and international team is perfectly positioned geographically, culturally, structurally, and professionally to address all clients' realty requirements. My innate skill is to bespoke property, and it’s representation, to the absolute best vendor advantage.

In his spare time Ross loves to travel, has four adult children, and two grandchildren. He is an enthusiast of all things classic, and a prolific artist.
