Melissa originally started her career at Opus International managing a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties in New Zealand and managing the Ravensdown Glass Replacement Project for affected houses in Dunedin.

Melissa also assisted with the property acquisition process for the purchase of land for road through the Public Works Act (including Caversham Four Laning Project).

Next Melissa took on a support role for the Manager of Colliers International preparing proposals to sell or lease commercial properties;

management of all current commercial campaigns; property viewings for commercial and retail spaces for sale/lease; identifying potential investment properties for prospective buyers and premises for lease to suit tenants requirements.

With over 10 years experience in the property field, Melissa is now the Property Manager in the Dunedin branch at Harcourts. She manages a large rent roll of residential, student and studio room properties in Dunedin.
