Focus, diligence and most of all patience are some of the characteristics you will encounter when working with Louis McFadden. Louis Graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Batchelor of Commerce majoring in Management.

He has also had experience working with Golden Homes on new builds and subdivisions throughout Christchurch. Having been surrounded by property and real estate from a young age Louis was able to learn specific real estate skills including renovations, property investment, development and exceptional client care.

As a member of the internationally recognised Harcourts gold Papanui office and working alongside New Zealand Rising Star recipient Jack Milligan, Louis has the ability and support to provide purchasers and sellers with exceptional results.

When not working you'll find Louis renovating property, playing basketball and skiing.
