Coming to New Zealand in 2003, Yuting enjoyed her first 4 years in Auckland, obtaining her bachelor’s degree of Property from the University of Auckland before moving down to Christchurch. She worked for the Ashburton District Council between 2007 and 2013 in the property area. This enhanced her knowledge in dealing with different types of property, as well as equipped her with a strong communication skill to identify perspective needs.
