Tina Zhang has smashed her goal in a short time after joining Harcourts Grenadier’s Christchurch City Office.

Fast forward a few decades and Tina is multi-lingual, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, has a broad sales and business background plus an extensive experience in real estate property investment to boot.

She has been buying, selling and investing in the New Zealand property market now for 20-plus years, and has an in-depth understanding of property finances through her last job as a mortgage broker. Armed with knowledge and experience on all facets of real estate means Tina’s latest move into real estate gives her that point of difference.

Tina is passionate about helping new migrants. She’s also well known in Christchurch’s Chinese & non-Chinese community. She was former President of CHCH Chinese Women’s Society and act as board member between multiple Chinese communities.

“I’ve had that experience too, coming to a new country unable to speak English and not understanding how things work,” says Tina. Therefore, I understand how to work with new migrants.

Above all, Tina believes her success to date is about honesty, integrity and customer service.

“Buying property can come with many problems which can be avoided with the right advice, or if people are pointed in the right direction. As a result, Tina already has many repeat clients.

“It’s a very rewarding job – clients, no matter whether they buy or sell – it’s the satisfaction on their face and giving them a good experience that gives me happiness.
