In addition to having her Sales Consultants license, Nicky has also achieved her Realestate Management license.

Nicky is starting to get well known for public speaking and has also been selected as a Key Note Speaker at several of Harcourts Conferences.

Other organisations have also requested her services to speak at their functions.

Nicky is also an accomplished pianist.

Over the last few years Team Malloy has developed several relationships within their local community. They are the chief sponsors for several school sports teams, supplying them with jackets and sports gear. Local sponsorships include the RSA, West Auckland hospice and other community initiatives.

Supporting the community where they live and work is as integral to Team Malloy as backyard BBQ’s or summers at the beach. Giving back is really important to them, and they feel as if their job wouldn’t be complete without assisting their local community where it is most needed, especially in today’s economic climate.

Their sponsorship and fundraising at events ranges from Chinese New Year Celebrations, Rotary Club Charity Events, Ronald MacDonald House, the Monty Betham Steps for Life Foundation, assisting the Indian Community, the Halberg Trust and donating various items to under privileged children’s organisations to name but a few.

In addition, a percentage of each sale that they make goes towards the Harcourts’ Foundation, which also supports our local community. Nicky and Mark love giving back.
