I have been in Wanaka since 1990 and have called Wanaka home ever since. During these 30+ years, I have build up an extensive friend and client base. Most people will know me as very approachable and helpful. I am looking forward to serving my community.

Rudy has lived, worked and played in Wanaka for over 30 years now. In 1990, he and his family moved to New Zealand from Belgium, and immediately fell in love with the Wanaka region. Wanaka is the perfect place for maintaining the active and adventurous lifestyle he and his family enjoy - there aren’t many places in the world where you can ski in the morning and kitesurf in the afternoon!

Rudy has a strong sales record spanning 40+ years. His roles prior to joining the Harcourts team included working for six years as a New Homes Consultant for Landmark Homes and two years for Breen Homes.

His local knowledge, his previous roles working with customers to co-create their dream homes, and his ongoing interest in Real Estate have given him a thorough understanding of both the market and how to work with his clients to get them the best possible outcome.

Colleagues and previous clients know Rudy as genuine, friendly, and a strong communicator that always acts with integrity on your behalf. He enjoys finding creative ways to approach his work, always keeping in mind the end goal of doing his best for you, his client.
