Kia ora, having spent years professionally performing on stage around the country, in 2017 I swapped full houses to fill houses! I'm always keen to lend a hand where possible and now with over 8 years under my belt I've gained the experience to do so.

Jan and I have one aim in real estate, to make the process as stress-free as possible and hopefully even enjoyable. Simple on paper, a bit trickier in practice. When my dad, Steven Marshall, retired after 36 years with Harcourts, I wanted to carry on the same level of service that only a partnership can offer and knowing Jan shared my work ethic, moral compass, and (crucially) my sense of humour, made her an easy and obvious choice. Lucky for me, she felt the same! We’re also lucky to have Jill, our buyer’s agent, and Niamh, our personal assistant, working alongside us to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Both of us are fortunate to have spent our whole careers working out of the multi award-winning Fendalton office alongside longstanding icons of the Christchurch real estate scene. We’ve been trained and raised in an environment which prioritises long-term relationships and advice over commission and sales. We’re immensely proud of the reputations
