Paul started his real estate career in 1992, with a real passion for the industry, he quickly became recognised as one of Harcourts Top 20 achievers, a record he has maintained throughout his selling career.

As an individual, Paul is respected by his industry peers and has received awards for ‘efforts beyond the call of duty’ for service to the industry. He became a partner in Holmwood Real estate in 2001.

Working as an incredible team alongside his wife Deb Nichols they now have over 47 years of combined experience, consistent appearance in the Harcourts New Zealand Top 20 and ability to go above and beyond is uniquely enhanced by a warm, vibrant and ultimately genuine team effort. Their efforts have resulted in Paul being awarded Top Harcourts Holmwood consultant for the year and The Marketer of the Year for five consecutive years.
