Before Real Estate, Brad had worked in the construction industry working as a:

- Carpenter

- Quantity Surveyor (Brad has a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying)

- New Home/Build Consultant

Born and bred in Christchurch, Brad can often be found in the gym or riding the Sumner waves on his surfboard.

Brad has always enjoyed getting to know others. A people person at heart, he is dedicated to learning about those he works with. I didn’t go to school just to eat my lunch Brad says. Instead, he valued the time he spent with friends and building positive relationships, an idea he also brings to his work in real estate, years later.

Having previously worked as a builder and quantity surveyor, Brad has a wealth of construction-based knowledge. As well as this, he already has experience in helping people achieve their home goals as a new build consultant.
