Anyone can sell a house but negotiating the best price is a challenge that Anshul Gupta is more than happy to accept.

I bring a unique youthful approach to selling homes. Previously I have been employed in the hospitality industry working in hotels across the World and New Zealand. This has given me a skill set not only helping me to be a better real estate salesperson, but also the ability to connect with my community.

Through my travels I have seen all sorts of communities, and have strived to connect with all of them. Learning the ins and outs of customer service has been vital in my personal and professional growth, gaining insights into how people want their customer experience to be and going that extra mile to make their experience even greater. I believe this knowledge puts me ahead of the competition. My energetic and charismatic personality assures you that I will work hard to achieve your desired outcome, tieing in my customer service skills, personality and youthful approach to do this.

As I begin my career in real estate, I also am beginning a pledge to my community of Blenheim. For each property sold a donation will be made to Crossroads Marlborough, an organization assisting our community for the better. This is my way of being a part of Blenheim's’ community.
