Originally from China, upon her graduation from University Ming set up and operated her own business in the competitive marketplace of Shanghai. This taught her the importance of superior customer service and instilled the ability to work with a variety of people from all different professions, social and cultural backgrounds.

In New Zealand, Ming and her family have made Long Bay their home and Ming considers herself extremely privileged to be able to live and work in such a wonderful community.
