Christopher Valladares transition from running a highly successful interior design business to the world of real estate has been a fruitful one for his growing network of satisfied clients.

As an integral member of the Harcourts Mt Eden residential sales team, Christopher brings a track record for building and nurturing robust client relationships based on respect, trust, patience and an ability to attain outstanding results.

Dedicated to providing attentive, personal service beyond expectations, Christopher thrives on challenges and prides himself on being able to think beyond boundaries and see opportunity where others may not. No property is too big or small - or difficult - for him to take on.

Christopher holds a trade certificate and diploma in Business Management and Personnel Management so is efficient and practical in his systems and processes, and a good communicator.

Having successfully run an interior design business for 22 years where he was involved in the designing and refurbishment of both residential and commercial establishments, Christopher´s eye for detail comes into its own in the real estate industry. His personal experience in property development and investment allows him to speak confidently about the market and the possibilities it offers for both sellers and purchasers.

By building strong working relationships with his clients, Christopher is able to concentrate on developing strategies which focus on their priorities and property goals.
