For Toby Randall a career in Real Estate was a no brainer. With a real love for the country, Toby has a real connection with the people he works with and an understanding of their lifestyle and needs, which enables him to match the right people up with your property.

With a patch spanning from Tasman across to Marlborough, Toby has a real passion for the diverse landscape and what it offers his clients, from sheep and beef farms through to vineyards, kiwifruit and hops, not to forget some of the best lifestyle properties in New Zealand.

Having purchased a block of land in Tasman, Toby is very familiar and walks the walk when it comes to understanding what people want or why people look to live in the country. He and his family have working dogs, horses, chooks and stock and although there is always a job to be done, he is passionate and loves every minute of the lifestyle it offers. Before becoming a dad…… but still as often as he can be, Toby is a very keen Hunter, spending as much of his spare time out and about exploring the region, whether it’s doing a five day hunting trip or a day on the water looking for king fish.

He enjoys a good laugh and a bit of fun but when it’s time to get serious and get the job done it’s a boots on, switch on attitude. He prides himself on being able to get the tough deals across the line and thinking outside the square to make things happen.

Although Toby is very skilled with technology, he is still very old school in his way of thinking and true to his word, if he tells you he will be somewhere – he will, if he says he will call you – he will.

While many Real Estate Agents have been in the game for a long time and rely on their reputation, although Toby has now been selling Rural for 6 years, he is still working tirelessly to establish his reputation as the Rural/ Lifestyle Specialist Team and wants you to be a part of the journey.
