Familiar with the local Papakura area and industry award-winners, Alex and Ammy have the expertise and strategies to deliver every time.
Alex is a local born and bred. After completing a BA (Hons) in Marketing he worked in sales positions in the FMCG industry for several years while simultaneously investing in residential property. This led him to commit fully to his love of property and he acquired his license in 2021. Within 3 weeks he’d listed and sold his first home and for a record price for the area. He successfully teamed up with Ammy under another brand and joined Harcourts with him in mid 2022.
Alex is marketing savvy, motivated and a great communicator. The consummate people person, he has a great deal of compassion for where people are it in their real estate journey and handles their needs with empathy and sensitivity. His sense of humour puts people at their ease at what can be a stressful and anxious time for many.
Spare time is rare, but he loves cooking and keeps fit in the gym.
About Ammy

Familiar with the local Papakura area and industry award-winners, Ammy and Alex have the expertise and strategies to deliver every time.
Ammy was initially born and raised in India and moved to the UK spending the next 10 years completing his education - graduating with BA majoring in Business and going on to work in the construction industry. He moved to New Zealand in 2015 and after another stint in the building industry, Ammy completed a post graduate qualification as a Quantify Surveyor at Unitec. He set up his own construction company just before Covid arrived in the country. With his building background, real estate was the logical next step, and he became licensed in late 2020, joining Harcourts along with Alex in mid-2022.
Ammy taps into his significant building and construction expertise to assist clients and loves the tough negotiations and actions required to get a deal over the line. A great communicator with the added advantage of fluency in Punjabi and Hindi, Ammy is comfortable dealing with a diversity of cultures.
Passionate about cricket, Ammy’s spare time is devoted to the sport when he is not keeping fit running around after his two small daughters.
