Both born communicators with a deep passion for property and people, the pair offer the advantages of two heads working tirelessly to get your property sold at a price and on a timeline you desire. Familiar with the local Papakura area and industry award-winners, Ammy and Alex have the expertise and strategies to deliver every time.

Ammy was initially born and raised in India and moved to the UK spending the next 10 years completing his education - graduating with BA majoring in Business and going on to work in the construction industry. He moved to New Zealand in 2015 and after another stint in the building industry, Ammy completed a post graduate qualification as a Quantify Surveyor at Unitec. He set up his own construction company just before Covid arrived in the country. With his building background, real estate was the logical next step, and he became licensed in late 2020, joining Harcourts along with Alex in mid-2022.

Ammy taps into his significant building and construction expertise to assist clients and loves the tough negotiations and actions required to get a deal over the line. A great communicator with the added advantage of fluency in Punjabi and Hindi, Ammy is comfortable dealing with a diversity of cultures.

Passionate about cricket, Ammy’s spare time is devoted to the sport when he is not keeping fit running around after his two small daughters.
