Meet the award winning Pauanui sales team, a vibrant and enthusiastic selling trio of Alyce Rowe, Katie Wardenburg and Kate Fielding, with both experience and youth on their side, they are all passionate about Real Estate and Pauanui. Alyce joined the Harcourts team in 2012 in the first intake of the New Zealand Real Estate Scholarship in the Thames office and after just three years in the industry Alyce became Harcourts’ youngest business owner, opening the Pauanui office. If it’s not real estate, you’ll find Alyce giving back to the community in one of her many roles including President of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees or as a Director on the Board of the Pauanui Sports and Recreation Club - two extremely pivotal groups that she felt compelled to help and be a part of.

When it comes to real estate, the marine industry and new builds, there isn’t much that Katie doesn’t know! Now in her seventh year in real estate, she has a knowledge and deep understanding of the industry well above her years, with a fresh approach that clients have complemented her on.

And Kate, new to the team, with experience in Lakes Resort Pauanui and having owned businesses in Pauanui including The Bakery, her passion and drive for all things Pauanui makes her the perfect part of an award-winning team to deliver results. The addition of Kate to the team has only seem them go from strength to strength.
