After eleven years in real estate; eight of those as a business owner, four of them as a mum, and all of them passionate about the industry - Alyce has created a business of attraction with her small, yet mighty Pauanui team, that are now the market leaders in the area.

Professional development is hugely important to Alyce and having gained her New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) (Level 5), she is now a qualified branch manager and in the process of studying the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Level 6).

Having a family friendly work environment is integral to Alyce, being a mother herself. So, when Alyce and her fiancé Connor Hayward, a successful and well-known builder in the area, welcomed their daughters, Cruz in 2019 and Remi in 2023, they naturally became members of the Harcourts Pauanui family.

As a member of the Pauanui Preschool Board of Trustees and a director on the board of the Pauanui Club, if it’s not real estate, you’ll find Alyce giving back to her local community by giving her time and through sponsoring a number of community groups and events.
