Katie and her fiancé Tate, a respected local builder, have made Pauanui their home with their combined families having held property in the area for over 40 years. In 2023, Katie and Tate welcomed their first child, Luca, who is already part of the close-knit Pauanui community. Two years later they welcomed their second child, daughter Olivia. Outside of real estate, Katie is passionate about health and fitness - teaching spin classes at Paradise Gym Pauanui. She also frequently tackles Mount Pauanui to stay active and inspired.
