Kia ora, I’m Ihaia Delaney. I’ve lived in the Wellington region for over 12 years, and I feel fortunate to call this place home. Alongside real estate, I’ve been fortunate to represent my country playing football at a high level. The discipline, teamwork, and drive needed in sport are qualities I bring into every property campaign.

When I’m not working or on the field, you’ll usually find me coaching kids’ football in the community. It’s something I genuinely enjoy – helping young players grow in confidence, learn to work together, and have fun. Coaching keeps me connected to the community and reminds me how important it is to listen, support others, and bring a positive attitude to everything I do.
